More puzzles to play
A fluffy white puppy has settled itself between two brown leather boots and is gazing off to one side with a dark, hopeful eye, as if waiting for someone to come back and put them on. It’s small enough that the boots tower over it, which only makes it cuter.
About this puzzle
Puppies and shoes go together for a reason. A pup’s first teeth arrive at around three to four weeks, and its adult teeth start pushing through from about four months, which makes for a lot of sore gums. Chewing on something firm and leathery helps, and boots are always within reach.
This puppy looks too sleepy to do any chewing. Its thick white fur stands out against the dark boots on either side, its black nose and eye give the face definition, and behind it a window with an orange railing is softened into a blur of gray and rust.
How to play
Set your piece count, then drag pieces around with a mouse or a fingertip. Pieces that belong together snap and stay. You can check the full picture any time, and nothing’s timed.
Tips for solving this one
The puppy’s face is the easiest place to begin, with the dark eye and nose on white fur. Then build the two boots, which have strong lines and laces to follow. The white fur pieces look alike, so sort them by how much shadow they carry. Finish with the blurry window at the top.
Common questions
Is it free?
Yes. Free to play, with no account and no payment, now or later.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It plays well on a phone. The dark boots against the white pup give you clear shapes even on a small screen.
Can I change the difficulty?
You can. Choose the number of pieces before each game. The white fur gets a lot harder as the count goes up.
Will it save my progress?
Only while the tab is open. Close it and you’ll start over next time.
